GiLoCatur just received an email about half hour ago about a chess tournament held by UiTM Shah Alam. Below are the details:
Event : UiTM Chess Open
Date : 10 April 2010, Saturday
Venue : Seminar Hall, MELATI College, UiTM Shah Alam
Time : 8.00am - 6.00pm
Format : G/25 SWISS 7 Rounds (25 minute time control per player)
Fees : RM 25.00 (Open category BELOW 1600 Elo rating), RM 15.00 (UiTM students & school children)
(GiLoCatur : So, as what GiLoCatur understands for other U students the fee shall be RM 25.00.)
Important :
- Limited to first 120 participants.
- For Open category - ELO rating must be below 1600 EXCEPTION for UiTM students, staffs and alumni as well school children
- Closing date for form submission before 9 APRIL 2010
- Lunch NOT provided
